Mr. Lubert has more than 40 years of private equity and real estate investing experience and co-founded the following private fund advisory firms, Lubert-Adler Management Co, L.P., LLR Management, L.P., Quaker Partners Management, L.P., LEM Capital, L.P., LBC Credit Management, L.P. and Patriot Financial Partners, LP.

Mr. Lubert began his private equity career with Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. In 1986, Mr. Lubert founded Radnor Venture Partners, Safeguard’s first venture fund. From 1986 to 1997, he was a Managing Director and Co-Founder of TL Ventures; the subsequent Safeguard-affiliated family of early-stage venture funds. Mr. Lubert provided the funds with a combination of venture capital management, marketing and transactional expertise.

Prior to founding Radnor Venture Partners and the TL Funds, Mr. Lubert served as Chairman of the Board and President of CompuCom Systems, a microcomputer reseller with more than $2 billion in annual revenues. In 1973, after graduating from college, Mr. Lubert joined IBM in mid-range computer sales. From 1973 to 1982, he earned numerous designations and awards for superb salesmanship and marketing management, including his selection as President of IBM’s prestigious “100% Club.”

Mr. Lubert recently retired from the Board of the National Constitution Center. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of Pennsylvania State University (retired as Chairman of the Board), as well as Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, the Franklin Institute and several other non-profit organizations. Mr. Lubert is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.S. degree.
